Winds a-blowin in Jerome
Do you remember this song by the carpenters?
What the world needs now is love sweet love,
It’s the only thing that theres just too little of.
What the world needs now is love sweet love,
no not just for some but for everyone.
Lord we don’t need another mountain,
There are mountains and hillsides enough to climb,
There are oceans and rivers enough to cross
Enough to last until the end of time
What the world needs now is love sweet love,
it’s the only thing that theres just too little of,
what the world needs now is love sweet love,
no not just for some but for everyone
Lord, we dont need another meadow,
there are corn fields and wheat fields enough to grow,
there are sunbeams and moonbeams enough to shine,
oh listen Lord, if you want to know
What the world needs now is love sweet love,
its the only thing that theres just too little of.
what the world needs now is love sweet love,
no not just for some, oh but just for every every everyone.
what the world (whoa whoa) needs now,
is love (is love) sweet love
what the world ( oh oh) needs now
is love (is love) sweet love
what the world (whoa whoa) needs now
is love (is love) sweet love
I am back in the USA, taking it slow, reintegrating into society.
I think about what we need, versus what we want. My first day back, right off the plane, my children wanted to go to a red robin restaurant and it was overwhelming! Gluttony to the max. Last night, Kevin and I went to dinner and he looked at me and said, “you are really having a hard time making a decision!” The menu was only one page, yet, I was still overwhelmed.
My english is coming back, but my attention span is different somehow. I notice I am taking things slowly. I am going to yoga 2 x a week, and went twice to the gym. I started going to the cafe in cottonwood and saw some old friends there. Yet, I am still tired, my skin is very dry, even inside my nose! Yet, I notice that my back is healthier and stronger.
I am connecting and yet, still feel disconnected. I have noticed people are scared, the recession, economy, housing shortage, forclosures, etc. This is a very real feeling. On April 7th I will do a free workshop at Jerona Cafe in Cottonwood called “I don’t participate in the Recession” and we will do EFT and release some of these fears…
I am staying at the top of Jerome, in Kevin’s house and the winds they are a blowin…what do we really need? Love sweet love.
here is one of the last photos in costa rica, and a photo of kevin’s house in jerome!

beautiful, and so right on the money. (no pun intended during the recession).
All you need in love…
